1.2 Application: material width up to 1250mm, material thickness between 0.2mm and 1.5mm
It is used to finish, stretch and straighten steel strips in order to improve the shape, mechanical properties and flatness of steel plates. Stretch steel strips to remove defects such as edge wave, central wave and warp, change the mechanical properties of material, increase the surface finish and obtain the desired shape of steel plate.

Stretch-straightening coiling unit. Stretch-straightening unwinder and winder are positioned at both sides of finishing system and used to bend and straighten strips with stretch-straightening unit and generate the front and the rear tension. It is able to stretch and straighten steel strips at a constant tension and track and display the working speed. Wind steel strips in the centering mode. The winder mainly consists of hydraulic expansion drum, speed reducer, DC motor, movable bearing, cantilever support, EPC aligning system and other components.

Both loading and unloading carts are raised hydraulically and driven to move horizontally with motor.
Straightening unit. Straightening unit is a core of finishing system. It works with unwinder, winder and front and rear S-type tension rolls to straighten bent strips under the action of tension. It mainly consists of rolls, frame, raising unit, pressure unit and other components.
Bending roll: 30mm-diameter
Skin pass mill. 4-roll skin pass mill is another core unit of finishing system. It works with unwinder, winder and front and rear S-type tension rolls to flatten strips under the action of tension. It mainly consists of rolls, frame, raising unit (hydraulic AGC), main drive, hydraulic roll changing device and other components.

Hydraulic shearer two
Hydraulic shearers are of downward type. They are mainly used to cut ends of steel strips and separate coils.
Shearing thickness: 0.25-1.2mm
Shearing width: 1350mm
Left and right S-type tension rolls. They are positioned at both sides of stretch-straightening unit. It is used to increase the tension between the stretch-straightening unit and the winder in order to optimize the straightening performance. It mainly consists of S-type rolls, speed reducer, DC motor, seat and other components.
Specifications of S-type roll: 900×1450 mm
Hydraulic shearer. It is an upstroke hydraulic shearer and mainly used to cut ends of steel strips and separate coils.
